Concorde also provides air ticketing services through our IATA approved Travel Agency located in Port Louis. Since its creation in 1970, the company has highly contributed to promote the development of the tourism industry on the island.
Concorde works within a very close collaboration with the Government authorities and various other Tourism associations.

Concorde is also represented in Europe, mainly in France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain and Germany.
Our enthusiastic reservation team composed of Angie, Charlotte, Cécile, Sandrine and José scrupulously look after all your accommodation, transfers and excursion bookings. Our head office situated in Floreal is open from 08h30 till 17h00 during week days and 08h30 till noon on Saturdays. However, the team remains on duty until 18h00 on week days and until noon on local public holidays. Besides, we offer a 24h/7 service in order to cater for all bookings and queries outside office hours.
This service is very much appreciated and is useful to overcome with the time differences between Mauritius and the rest of the world as well as on local public holidays.
The Planning team is in charge of the logistic part of the company, particularly ground services:
airport return transfers, inter-hotels transfers, sight-seeing tours, drivers and guides.
The Planning team offers a 24h/7 service and choose with high accuracy the proper vehicles for each service. Barlen, Sarah-Jane, Virginie, Nicolas and Nitish are always on the alert to compensate in any change regarding flight schedule or program.
VIP Arrival & Departure Team
Upon request, our VIP Arrival Team will organize VIP Arrival & Departure at the Airport for your preferred guests in the Yu Lounge. The passengers can benefit from Private Check-In, speed tracks, open bar, shower facilities, free wifi and many other amenities.
Hotel Assistance Team
Supervised by Yann, our hotels representatives which consist of Frederic, Alexandra, Jennifer, Daniella and Coraline are there to ensure that your guests have a pleasant stay in our island. They will contact the passengers upon arrival in Mauritius to schedule an appointment for an information meeting. They will give them all assistance needed and organize the sight-seeing tours. They will spare no effort to give them all necessary informations in order that their stay be so memorable moments.
Group & Incentives Team
The team which is managed by Anielle Ramsahye composed of Caroline, Didier and Murvyn will reply to your requests within or less than 48 hours. Each proposal is worked out in team and all programs are tailor-made in order to satisfy your needs.
When the project is materialized, this same strengthened team will be always there to make sure of the smooth running of the operations and services proposed by Concorde.
Our friendly marketing team, managed by Marie-Angele Armand, makes every effort to ensure that our partners have the best prices and information needed to be more competitive on the spot. We are committed to give special offers on hotels as soon as possible. Jane, Leticia, Emilie M., Dominique, Agnès, Kate and Emilie are always updating the hotels, excursions and transfers rates. They work on different innovative packages to fit each Tour Operator’s needs.
